It's wonderful to get engaged but hard to get everyone you love on the same wedding-day-page. From childhood friends to distant aunts, everyone wants a piece of your busy schedule. Now, with a wedding Website you can keep guests up-to-date and share treasured moments easily. Get organized by creating a Website that keeps all of your friends and family members informed in just 30 minutes -- really!

Getting Started
For every different type of wedding you can plan, there is another kind of Website you can build. Feel free to choose a theme from our list or create your own.

  • Tell your story -- how you met and fell in love
  • Provide details about your wedding day to guests
  • Publish pictures from your wedding day or honeymoon
  • Post links to your favorite vendors and stores
  • Create a guest book to collect warm wishes

Are you ready to start building? Here is a hint: Open a new window so that you can keep coming back to this list of instructions.

  1. Go to the Member Website Builder.
  2. On the right-hand side of the page, click on the red Log In Here button. You will be brought to the standard iVillage login page.
  3. Enter your iVillage username and password. (If you are not a member, you can become one here. Don’t worry, you won’t get lost!) You will be brought to the Website Builder.
  4. At the bottom of this screen, click on Begin Building. You will be brought to the Choose a Website Type page.
  5. On the right hand side, under Create a New Website, choose My Personal Site. You will be brought to the Choose a Website Name and Pages page.
  6. Type in any name for your page you wish. Some examples:
    • My Wedding
    • Judy and Tim, 2001
    We suggest you check off the following choices for pages, but it is entirely up to you. You can always add or delete pages once you've started building.
    • About Me (which can be "About Us")
    • Family Photo Album
    •Contact Me
    Click on Continue. You will be brought to the Choose a Website Design page.
  7. There are more than 30 designs to choose from, so you can make your wedding Website as beautiful as your real wedding day. The rest of the building process is easy and will be explained as you move along.
