Q Do I have to invite all my out of town guests to the rehearsal dinner? We're on a really tight budget and were thinking wedding party and parents only. Is this OK?

A Traditionally, the rehearsal dinner invite list includes the bridal party, your parents, any children in the bridal party and their parents. It is also customary to invite any out-of-town guests who have arrived for the wedding.

However, if your budget will not allow you to invite all of your out-of-town guests to the dinner, you should compile a list of restaurants in the area and have it available to them in their guestroom gift so they can make their own plans.

You can also encourage your parents and the groom's parents to host dinners for their respective families, and you and your fiance can have dinner with your bridesmaids and groomsmen.
